RULES

1. We reserve the right to delete an account and bar the member from the exchange for any reason, irrespective of credits on hand, and to change the rules at any time.
2. No adult, pornography, racist, illegal, or offensive sites, (or banners) are allowed to participate.
3. You agree to place the HTML code generated into your page(s) immediately, and to so display other members banners. We recommend you place it on every page
4. Your HTML code must be unaltered and placed one per page where the majority of your site visitors will see the ad.
5. Placement among Banner Farms, (more than 3 banners on a page) is not acceptable.
6. You may NOT have credits generated on one site for a banner and/or URL of another site. (Because it defeats the integrity of our targeting and blocking).
7. You are not allowed to place the code in an auto-refresh page, or to use any method to artificially create credits. (this is cheating).
8. You agree to delete your account in the event that you remove the required banner HTML code from your site at any time.
9. Dormant accounts will automatically be deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
10. Our software allows us to easily specify any business, URL, Domain name or email address, to block cheaters. Suspected Cheaters will be permanently barred from the exchange.
